Watch out west coast IPA’s, here comes the Fat Head! Hops, hops and more hops in this luscious, dark amber IPA. The secret is the subtle blend of 3 different American hop varieties balanced by a nice, malty mouthfeel. We added malt to this recipe until we got the alcohol level to just over 6% by volume, making it an ale to be reckoned with. A generous addition of dark crystal malt gives this fine beer its beautiful, ruby hue and subtle caramel flavor.
